View and Manage Candidate Applications

View the application and review the details of the application for approval.

To review an application, follow the steps below:

  1. Click Applications from the left side menu.


     
  2. Under the Action column, click the View icon review an application from the list.


     
  3. The View Application page includes a General Information section including tabs for Application, Accommodation, Payment, Journey Status, ATT, Case and Holds and Examinations.
  4. To approve the application, click Make Eligible
    Note: If a candidate has requested Accommodation, to see the Make Eligible option, you must review the submitted accommodation request or attached documents in the Accommodation and Documents sections first.
  5. To deny an application or request additional details, click Action and select one of the following options: 
    1. Request Changes: Request additional details or documentation from the candidate.
    2. Deny: Reject the application.
    3. Block: Block the application form.

Application: 

The Application page displays the candidate’s application form with the details. 

  1. In the Check List section, you can view the activity history of the application.

Accommodation:

The Accommodation page displays details of the requested candidate accommodation details including the status.  

  1. Click the Accommodation section to view the accommodation request submitted by the candidate, If any.
  2. Click the View icon under the Action column to Approve, Transfer, Deny, or Request Changes for the requested accommodation.


    1. Click Approve to approve the request.
    2. If the application is not approved, or needs revision, click the Action button and select one of the following options from the dropdown:
      • Transfer: To forward the request to NCSBN for further approval.
      • Deny: To reject the accommodation request.    
      • Request Changes: Request additional details or documentation from the candidate.

Note: If the accommodations status is Need Approval, the Approve option will not be visible by default. You can review and manage the request through the Transfer, Deny, or Request Change options.

Payment:

From the Payment page, you can view the fees and payments made by the candidate. 

  1. On the View Application form of the selected candidate, click the Payment tab to view all payments made by the candidate.

Journey Status:

 The Journey Status page displays the status of the Exam application.

  1. On the View Application page of the selected candidate, click the Journey Status tab to view the candidate's status. 

Authorization to Test (ATT):

The ATT page provides the issued ATT details. Follow the steps below to review the ATT. 

  1. From the View Application page of the selected candidate, click the ATT tab to view the list of Issued ATT for the registered exam. 
  2. In the Action column, click the View icon to view the details of a specific ATT.


     
  3. On the issued ATT window, you can forward via email, share, or download the document by clicking the respective icons on the right-hand side.

Cases and Holds

The Cases and Holds page provides details of any cases that have been created on the application or candidate. 

Examinations:

The Examinations page displays the list of all exams previously completed by the candidate. Follow the steps below to view the complete details of the exam results including the Candidate Performance Report (CPR).

  1. From the View Application page of the selected candidate, click the Examinations tab to view the list of exam results. 
  2. In the Action column, click the   View icon to review the exam details.


     
  3. On the View Application page, you will be able to view the CPR on the right side of the screen. 


     
  4. Click CPR to view the Candidate Performance Report.


     
  5. Click Declare Results to share the results with the candidate.

Note: Once the results are declared, the candidate will be notified, and the Declare Results button will no longer be visible. Additionally, the application status will change from Awaiting Results to Results Available.
